Net Assets did receive a Prometheus best novel award nomination, which pumped up my ego a bit. But the finalist screening has been completed, and NA didn't make the cut. Frankly, I was up against some darned good competition. In fact, if my own novel hadn't been nominated, I would have been rooting for F. Paul Wilson.
Fortunately, Wilson's 'Repairman Jack' novel, The Haunted Air is a finalist this year. If you are a voting member of the Libertarian Futurist Society, I urge you to carefully consider voting for The Haunted Air.
To the person who nominated Net Assets, and those who may have voted for me in the finalists cut: Thanks for the compliment. I'm glad you liked my novel.
